The United Sovereign Nations (USN or United Sovereign Nations of the World) is an international organization who's stated aims are facilitating better relations, cooperation, and partnership among its members and achieving world peace through diplomacy, as well as furthering and protecting human rights. The United Sovereign Nations was founded on ??? 1953, following the end of the Great Adonian War.
The United Sovereign Nations has nineteen member states, who vary in size and power. From its offices around the world, the USNW and its specialized agencies decide on substantive and administrative issues in regular meetings held throughout the year. The organization has three main organs: The International Assembly, the basic legislative body of the union. The Chancellery, comprising of the Chancellor's office. And the Court of Justice, consisting of a jury who decides disputes between member nations. The USN's most visible figurehead is the Chancellor, currently held by Elena Witsch de Burgos of Balisca.
The USNW Headquarters is located in Harrison City, Shayden, on international territory with other main offices located in Villora, Insulo and Koeln, Bruellen.
Organization
The USN system is based on four principal organs: the International Assembly, the Cabinet, the Executive Council, and the Court of Justice.
All four principal organs are located at the main USN Headquarters in TBC. The six official languages of the United Sovereign Nations, used in intergovernmental meetings and documents, are Kabier, Sanese, Trentannian, Sinopian, Bruellan, and Insulonian.
